Amotekun, Clash of the Shepherds in Ayet, Oyo. Seven people killed
People from the Oyo State Security Agency, commonly known as Operation Amotekun, and some Fulani, are reported to have been involved in clashes in Ayet in the Ibarapa local government area in the northern state.

The clash reportedly began in the village of Okebi on Saturday morning, but the cause of the clash was not immediately established at the time of writing.
Our reporter was informed by a man named Saliu, who claimed to be a resident of the area. seven people were killed.
He added that approximately seven houses were also razed to the ground.
Saliu said: “Alhaji Usman Okebi and his two sons were killed. We don’t know what caused the fight. Some people were injured and injured.
“The number of those killed has increased to seven. Those who were killed and fled later died in the bushes. “
Another source said the collision took place between Amotekun’s body and Bororo. He said that some people were killed, but he could not say which of them suffered the greatest losses.
Amotekun’s commander in Oyo State, Colonel Olayinka Olayancu (retired), when contacted, said he was going to investigate the incident.
