The priest was killed by gunmen in the village of Chukuba in the Shiroro local government area in Niger state.

The bandits also kidnapped the wife of the Chukuba resident pastor and other members of the community, who are still in the custody of the bandits.

The deceased was buried Friday in his hometown of Garatu, in the Boso local government area of ​​Niger.

It was reported that bandits also abducted 20 people on Friday in Kukoki, Bassa / Kukoki, in the Shirookal local government area in Niger state.
