Work overview:

Team members are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by working remotely with restaurant managers, other team members and other colleagues to maintain operational and healthy standards and procedures. This position operates within the General Manager, Assistant Managers and Shift Coordinators course and has direct collaboration with guests and individuals from the field team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • The employee should happily greet visitors by accepting requests and preparing installments.
  • Prepare and pack food and drinks
  • Must keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all times, including the lounge area, bathroom and outside areas.
  • Maintains norms of well-being and safety in the regions of work
  • Load and unload inventory items depending on the situation
  • Regular attendance at assigned shifts and should be prompt
  • Burger King uniforms and training norms and strategies must be followed regularly.
  • Complies with health and safety regulations in the workplace

Qualifications and skills:

Position overview:

The role of the HSC is to support the general manager of the restaurant and the assistant manager in managing the work of their assigned shifts. Get key performance and improve sales, earnings reports, people, and guest experience results. The GM restaurant manages the HSC and works for the RGM and the HSC manages the team members.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Complies with all cash control and security practices (e.g. safe check, cash drawers)
  • Maintains inventory/inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory estimates
  • Receives truck orders
  • Inspires and guides team members to exceed visitors’ assumptions with accurate, fast and heartfelt help in clean environmental factors.
  • Mentors and provides input to team members to build the capacity of the eatery group and improve cafe performance.
  • Sets a model for team members by working hard to complete shift plans and achieve operational results.
  • Coordinates professional and accurate readiness and offer of goods for fast delivery within the established speed of administrative regulations.
  • Promotes team members during a shift at each of the workstations
  • Audit results of eateries to recognize victories and regions for development
  • Ensures that the café adheres to the principles of operation and the brand

Assistant Manager

Position overview:

The Assistant Manager, also known as AM, is the head of all operations in a restaurant, which are primarily focused on customers, guests, people, profits, staffing, operations management, and the well-being of the restaurant. Assistant Manager (AM) and Restaurant General Manager (RGM) support each other in managing the restaurant’s various operations and maximizing profits and productivity. AM works under the direction of the RGM and is responsible for the management of the HSC and the members of the team, which should consist of 20-50 people.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Must be able to control inventory costs and maintain inventory by performing daily, weekly and monthly inventory estimates.
  • Should be able to get all the details about requesting truck loading and unloading orders.
  • Maintains and constantly monitors every type of restaurant asset and property.
  • Must be able to verify and ensure that all preventive maintenance of the restaurant facilities and equipment around it is fully compliant with all company standards and protocols, and communicate with suppliers from another area when necessary.
  • Ensures the Restaurant complies with all cash control and security strategies (e.g. secure counting, cash drawers).
  • Inspires and guides colleagues/team members to exceed customer expectations through our fast services and friendly and clean environment.
  • Provides training and feedback to shift coordinators and team members to build restaurant team capacity and improve restaurant performance.
  • Coordinates the restaurant team to effectively and accurately place and offer all dishes in a short time frame, following all recommendations.
  • Must be able to ensure that the restaurant complies with all necessary operating and brand guidelines.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A GED certificate or high school diploma is required.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a fast food restaurant, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Must have some knowledge in P&L interpretation and management to get good profit results.
  • Must be able to demonstrate good and quality leadership skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of customer service principles
  • If necessary, the employee must be available for work even in the evening, weekends or holidays.
