Ondo State Police have successfully arrested three suspects for performing rituals that terrorize state residents.
It turned out that the suspects were arrested at the house where the abducted people were killed, in Igbokoda, the Ilay local government district in Ondo state.
The suspects, Bode Omoboe, Erik Ogungbamila and Tayo Lotto, who served as their agents, are currently being held at the Igbokoda police station.
According to community residents, Tayo admitted after interrogation that he was sent to Kogi State by Oboboi and Ogungbamila to kidnap people and take them to Igbokoda for rituals.
“I want to urge Nigerians to take this matter seriously, especially Ondo Governor Oluvarotimi Akeredolu and his colleague from Kogi State Yahaya Bello, because this is a two-state case,” said one resident. talked about the incident on Facebook.
He added: “A boy named Lotto Tayo admitted after interrogation at the NURTW car park in Igbokoda that he was sent to Kogi State by two Igbokoda men to kidnap people for rituals, as he had done for a long time. …
“Although this time, Tayo was successful after spending two weeks in Lokodja in search of someone to kidnap for rituals, he arrived in Igbokoda on December 12, 2020 with two beautiful women and a boy.
“During the trip, Tayo stayed at the Brytelite Hotel on the Igbokoda Road in Okitipupe, where Eric and the duo Bode met him to confirm the work.
“Since then, Eric and Bode have left the hotel (Brytelite), while Tayo also left with three people for Igbokoda. On the way to Igbokodu, Tayo got into a commercial vehicle with three people.
“Fortunately for the abducted, another woman got into the car with them. During a trip to Igbokodu, the three abductees regained consciousness and secretly told about their problem to the woman who got into the car with them.
