#EndSARS: Actress Toyin Abraham and Abike Dabiri fight dirty on social media
Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham and the president of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri, have had some serious drama on Twitter.
It all started when Toyin got his attention on Twitter for the arrest of Nigerians in Cairo for protesting #EndSars.
He asked Dabiri to secure the release of the #EndSars protesters arrested in Cairo.
“Let the world know that the peaceful protesters in Cairo were arrested by the Nigerian embassy, this is another @abikedabiri case, you people let us down,” Toyin tweeted.
However, instead of answering her, Dabiri blocked her on Twitter.
The mother of one of them decided to call Abika Dabiri on Instagram and provided evidence of how he blocked her, and also told her to block her on Instagram as well.
“@Abikedabiri, you have blocked me on Twitter because I ask you to help us free our people in Cairo, ma’am, you will also block me here, lady. @Drzus @bamideleabiodunofficial @tayofak please Ms. Abike dabiri blocked me because I speak for our people in Cairo “
“@ Abikedabiri please, Aunt Abike, please, please, but kindly help me please, Aunt Abike, edzhur”
However, a former member of the Nigerian Federal House of Representatives representing the Ikorodu constituency in Lagos state denied the actress was blocking and added that he would like her to use her celebrity status to encourage good behavior.
