#EndSARS: We lose focus and simplify our frustration if we turn these protests into carnivals, says actress Bisola.
Bisola Ayyoola, BBNaija’s former roommate and Nollywood actress, warned protesters of the ongoing protest against police brutality to refrain from turning it into a carnival.
Turning the ongoing protest into a carnival only simplifies the frustration that led to the protests, she said.
On Friday, October 14, on his Instagram page, Bisola wrote:
“My people, my people. If we turn these protests into carnivals, we will lose focus and turn our frustration into commonplace. Not everyone is a party. Remember those who have died and those whose source of income is blocked. “
