Fani-Kayode set to return to APC, meets with overseer president Mai Mala Buni

The former aviation minister, head of Femi Fani-Kayode, may return to power of the All-Progressive Congress (APC) six years after he left for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Sources close to him told him Nation met with President, Governor Mai Mala Buni and Governor of Kogi Yahaya Bello, Governor of the Emergency / Guardian / Emergency Committee for Convention Planning (CECPC), at a boarding house in Abuja.

As it became known to The Nation, the meeting behind closed doors, which lasted about an hour, cannot be connected with plans to set up the return of the former minister to APC.

Fani-Kayode previously met with Governor Bello at his Wuse Zone 6 residence in Abuja, before escorting the former minister to the party chairman’s guest house.
