Fashola discovers a mysterious camera at the Lecchi toll station during a check
On Sunday, Labor and Housing Minister Babatunde Fashola discovered a hidden camera at a toll collection point in Lecchi, Admiralty Circle, in Lagos.
Fashola led a federal government delegation ordered by President Muhammad Bukhari to pity Lagos Governor Babajide Sanvo Olu for the loss of life and property destruction resulting from the violence that rocked the state last week.
Fashola, who found the camera during an on-site check at a toll station in Lekki, subsequently handed it over to Lagos Governor Babajide Sanvo-Olu for forensic medical examination and further investigation. Fachola said the camera must have been disabled by some crucial subversive elements of filming for ulterior motives.
The minister, who lifted the camera with a handkerchief, handed it to Sanwo-Olu, saying, “I think this will help in the ongoing investigation of the Lekki road shooting. “I believe this requires forensic expertise and can be used in investigations to unravel the mystery surrounding the toll filming.”
