Forget #EndSARS, fight for Biafra – Asari Dokubo talks about the Niger Deltans

Former militant leader in the Niger Delta, Alhaji Asari Dokubo, called the protests against police brutality minor.

He asked the Niger Deltans to avoid protests against police brutality and the destruction of a special anti-robbery squad, SARS, and to focus on rebuilding the sovereign state of Biafra.

On Sunday, in a Facebook post, Asari addressed people in the Niger Delta participating in nationwide protests that he said are a waste of time.

There is nothing to restructure in Nigeria, according to the former warlord, insisting that collaborating with the Yoruba in the #ENDSARS protests is a waste of time, adding that the only solution for Nigeria’s deltans is to collaborate with Ogoni, Igbo and Efixa and reinvent Biafra.

He said it was because no one can oppress the Ijau man in Biafra. Asari said that now people need political freedom, and everything else will come at the right time, “because you will control and conserve your oil,” he said.

“Everything else won’t work if we don’t get up and fight for Biafra. Anyone who talks about restructuring, a republic in the Niger Delta or Igbo-Biafra is an enemy of our people, because Biafra will come, whether you like it or not. “
