Former Emir Kano Sanusi’s nephew Lamido Sanusi kidnapped
Aminu Musa Abdullahi, the grandson of the ousted Emir Kano Muhammadu Sanusi, was reportedly kidnapped.
The Daily Trust reported that Abdullahi, popularly known as Yaya Baba, was kidnapped last week while transiting Kano on the Abuja-Kaduna highway.
The source told the publication that the kidnappers contacted the family about the ransom, but did not disclose the amount.
The source said;
“The family received the requested amount, and when the person responsible for delivering the money to the kidnappers left to meet them, he completely lost touch with them. Until now, they have not communicated with the family. “
