Governor Bala Mohammed – Fulani terrorist
On Monday, Benue State Governor Samuel Hortom accused Bauchi State Governor Bal Mohammed of terrorist activities.

“I am beginning to think that my brother, the Governor of Bauchi State, is part of the Fulani terrorist organization that is terrorizing this country.” Orthom said to reporters in Makurdi, the capital of Benue state.
“Why am I saying this? This is the same governor who took the oath of office to defend the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This constitution leaves no room for foreign pastors without valid documents, ” He added.
He also referred to Mohammed’s assertion that pastors must bring AK-47 assault rifles to defend themselves as “unconstitutional.”
“His recent outburst is that Fulani shepherds have the right to transport AK-47s to protect themselves. I do not know where the constitution of this country allows it, ”he said.
Therefore, Hortom called on Mohammed to make an unconditional apology to the Nigerians and learn from the provisions of the constitution that the land, both territorial and forestry and water, belongs to the governor of the state, who holds them in trust.
Mohammed’s comment on armed shepherds has previously sparked a wave of condemnation from his colleagues and Nigerians, reinforcing calls for a ban on outdoor grazing.
Hortom and his Ondo colleague, Rotimi Aqueredolu, were quick to reject Governor Bauchi’s claim.
“Bala Mohammed also added fuel to the fire because his speech is unexpected on his part. It will become very serious and no one will be spared, ”Akeredolu said.
After widespread criticism, Mohammed defended his comment about the armed shepherds on Friday, explaining that he used the AK-47 as a rhetorical figure for protection.
“This is a saying to show you the despair, despair, disappointment and agony that this particular person is subjected to by his own people, his own tribe and other tribes who considered him a criminal and therefore has the inherent right to defend himself.” said the governor in an interview with Sunrise Daily TV channel.
