Horror when a man dumps the corpse of his pregnant girlfriend on the side of the road after allegedly killing her
The man was arrested by New York City police after the body of his girlfriend, a nurse practitioner, was found behind a bush near a freeway in Queens.
Gowey Charles, 29, from Uniondale, Louisiana, was charged Monday night October 27 with the murder of his six-month-old pregnant girlfriend Vanessa Pierre after being arrested.
The first responders found bruises on her neck, leading investigators to believe she was strangled.
The lady, Pierre, was found face down on the side of the Horace Harding Expressway near Bell Boulevard in Bayside around 6 a.m. on Friday, and surveillance video shows a suspect unloading her remains.
Pierre was dressed in pajamas with an orange shirt and a sock on one leg. He had a sweater around his neck.
According to their neighbors, Charles and Pierre met for about a year.
The New York City Police Department on Tuesday, October 27, released footage of a man suspected of being her boyfriend dumped his body announcing the arrest of Charles.
“What happened happened horribly,” Pierre’s father, Erlene Pierre, told the New York Daily News on Monday.
“She was also pregnant. He was six months old – so he told me. It looks like he lost two people. I was ready to arrange a baby shower for her, and this is the bad news I heard. “
