House of Representatives member beaten by young people for failing to fulfill and keep promises

The attack targeted Tijani Abdulkadir Jobe, MP from all progressive groups and congressman representing the Davakin Tofa / Tofa Federal District and Rimina Gado in Kano State.

According to SaharaReporters, the man was attacked by an angry young man from his constituency, who claimed that he did not bring them the dividends of democracy.

Sahara Reporter learned that the incident occurred on Sunday when Jobe went to the grand opening of the project in Gulu, a village in the Rimin Gado municipality area.

The source said that the deputy was beaten to capacity by a young man who accused him of making false promises for many years.

“On Sunday, he was severely beaten by an angry young man.

“They said they have been attacking him for years for his false promises,” the source said.
