Former Governor of Ekiti State Ayo Fayose reacted to President Bukhari’s failure to appear in the House of Representatives today, December 10, IgbereTV reported.

The House of Representatives has invited the President to appear before her to discuss the dire state of security across the country. However, the president was not in front of the house.

Reacting through her Twitter profile, Feiose wrote:

“On December 1, I said that President Bukhari would not accept the invitation from the House of Representatives due to the deteriorating security situation in the country. This is really not the case. With a democratically elected president who doesn’t respect the government’s other weapons, how else would you describe a dictator?

Before and after 2015, those of you who opposed my views on the Bukhari presidency today cannot help but agree that the Nigerians were misled into choosing him. I think they should publicly apologize for cheating the Nigerians as others have done. ”
