I have original Aburi Accord tapes – Nnamdi Kanu makes new statements
Nnamdi Kanu, the indigenous leader of Biafra (IPOB), made a new statement on the Aburi-Accord tapes, The Nation reports.
The IPOB leader said he has original recordings of the Aburi agreements “which will demand the deceased Chukwuemek Odimegwu Ojukwu and Biafra before the world.”
The Aburi Agreement is the official protocol of a meeting of Nigerian military leaders held in Aburi, Ghana, shortly before the start of the civil war between Nigeria and Biafra.
Kanu said yesterday in a statement by IPOB’s Advertising and Media Secretary Emma Powerful that she owns the original recordings of the Aburi agreements, the contents of which are shocking to the world.
He said the recordings would require Dim Chukwuemek Odimegwu Ojukwu and Biafra.
Kanu said the tapes contained surprising revelations about what happened that day, which he said shocked the British government and the media.
“Our eternal leader Dim Chukwuemeka, Odimegwu Ojukwu and Biafra, are about to be claimed by the world. All the lies invented by the BBC and the world media against Ojukwu and Biafra are about to be washed away.
“A very strong earthquake is coming. Britain, Gowon, Nigeria and the media are about to experience the biggest shock of their lives, ”he said.
