An eyewitness told the publication that terrorists stormed the village around 5:30 pm, ransacked many shops, took away food and set fire to the houses they had stolen from.

The details of the victims are not yet known. The recent attack comes just 48 hours after Brigadier General Dzarma Zirkusu and some soldiers were killed in an ambush in the state.

The army retaliated by killing 50 terrorist commanders.
