Looting: youth is their problem – Nollywood actor Charles Avurum (video)
Nollywood actor Charles Avurum says young people are their problem in the wake of the nationwide unrest following the #EndSARS youth protest, Igbere TV reported.
The father of three said this in a video posted on his Instagram page on Sunday, where he raised the issue of criminals robbing and destroying businesses.
“Now, sabi, tell me that young people are about the problem of young people, some are protesting for the improvement of the country, and some are plundering the bitterness of the country,” Charles said in the video.
The comedian signed the post: “Youth is a youth problem. Politicians are using some anti-majority struggles to achieve better intentions for the future. ”
Following the shooting of protesters at a toll station in Lekki in Lagos on 20 October, criminals took to the streets to loot and destroy public and private property.
