MC Oluomo inspects the burned-out police station in Oshodi

President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Lagos State Musiliu Akinsanya, commonly known as MC Oluomo, visited the burned-down Makinda police station in Oshodi on Wednesday.

The site was one of 16 police stations burned down in the state following violent protests in the state last week.

MC Oluomo has been accused of sponsoring attacks on #EndSARS protesters in Alaus. He was indicted along with the speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudasiru Obasa.

However, he denied sponsoring the attack on the demonstrators.

He also denied collecting money from anyone to sponsor the thugs at the protests.

The day after the attack on the protesters, MC Oluwo sent water and drinks to the protesters to restore their image. The drinks were written in his name.

Instead, the demonstrators pushed them back by throwing bottles at the white van they were in.
