My husband uses a charm on me, I always pass out during sex – Wife
Businesswoman Bukola Ejalonibu said Friday in a regular Mapo court in Ibadan to divorce her 23-year-old marriage to her ex-husband Kolavole because he uses spells on her during sex.
In her petition, Bukola pleaded with the court to grant her prayer for divorce, because “my husband cast spells on me before sleeping with me.”
“My lord, my life is in danger. Whenever he uses spells, I pass out and need to be hospitalized. Kolavola is a reckless drunkard and can kill me “ she said.
He claimed that Kolavole had thrown his belongings out of his house and destroyed his supermarket.
In his defense, Kolavale said that his wife was ungrateful.
“He wants me to die in order to inherit my property.
“I opened a multi-million dollar supermarket for her in Nair. I gave her some money. My wife is engaged in promiscuous relationships, ”he said.
After hearing testimony, the president of the court, the president of the court, Ademola Odunade, dissolved the marriage.
Odunade granted custody of the first two children to Kolavola and the last two to Ejalonib.
He ordered the defendant to pay Ejalonib a monthly maintenance allowance of 10,000 nations.
