NEC ousters former National Vice President Hilliard Eta

Hilliard Eta, former South-South National Vice President of the All-Progressive Congress, was fired from the party.

The decision was taken on Tuesday, December 8, following a meeting called by the party’s National Executive Council in the presence of President Muhammadu Bukhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Ahmad Laban and House Speaker Femi Gbajabiamil. …

This one was expelled for not withdrawing the proceedings against the guardianship committee headed by Mala Buni.

The National Executive Council of the All-Progressive Congress, which extended the mandate of the Mala Buni Party Trusteeship Committee for six months, dissolved all states, zones and national structures of the party.

Due to insecurity, the committee asked the opposition People’s Democratic Party (NDP) not to politicize the issue, but to work with the government to end the uprising that gripped the country.
