Nigerian man Chima Vitalis and Indian arrested in Delhi for $ 1.4 million drug
Chima Vitalis, a woman from Nigeria and a woman from India were arrested in Delhi.
Both were arrested for possession of 10.5 kg of amphetamines worth $ 1.4 million.
India’s Railway Police said a 40-year-old and 25-year-old Indian accomplice named Srimati (25) were arrested on Tuesday.
They were arrested while trying to board a train from New Delhi to Bangalore.
“During a check, 10.5 kg of amphetamine worth Rs 10 crore ($ 1.4 million) was recovered from their luggage on the international market.
“The drugs were brought to Bangalore city for rave parties,” police said.
The report says that an FIR (First Information Report) has been registered against them in various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
The police added that the investigation is ongoing.
