Other demonstrators drive up to the toll station in Lekki, are arrested.

Other protesters have arrived at the Lecchi toll station, The PUNCH reports.

They came to express their dissatisfaction with the verdict by the Lagos State Judicial Investigation Commission to reopen the toll station.

On October 20, 2020, soldiers opened fire with live ammunition on #EndSARS protesters at the Lecchi toll booth, leaving many injured.

PUNCH found that more than 30 protesters have been arrested so far, including well-known comedian Mr. Macaroni, popular comedian Debo Adebayo, also known as Mr. Macaroni.

The new protesters, led by activist Dabira, were arrested upon arrival at the scene.

Although some of them initially resisted arrest, the security officers suppressed them.
