Owner evicts Lagos PDP for unpaid rent

The Lagos state chapter of the PDP confirmed the development, adding that it was a shame as it recently paid around N8m from the rent.

The owner of a property located at 56A Adekunle Fajuyi Road, GRA, has evicted the People’s Democratic Party for unpaid rents amounting to millions of naira.

The Lagos state chapter of the PDP confirmed the development, adding that it was “unfortunate” because it recently paid around N8m from the rent.

Party spokesman in the state, Taofik Gani, said in a statement;

“As far as I know, I know there have been pending rent requests and indeed some payments made with the balance must be paid first, but I am not aware of any judicial process to evict at all.” This doesn’t have to be a kangaroo trial that helped embarrass and destabilize the main opposition in the state: “All sensitive party documents must have been destroyed or deliberately taken away to break our strategies into 2023. This is Revenge. We will make all legal efforts to obtain justice ”.
