Pastor Tells Adeba to Fire Vice President Osinbajo from RCCG
A pastor from Nigeria asked to fire Vice President Yemi Osinbajo of the Christian Church of God Redent.
The call was made by Senior Pastor of Awaiting the Second Coming of Jesus Christ Adewale Gibeah when he addressed his congregation on Sunday about the state of the nation in Akura.
He wondered why the leader of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, could not come out clean and fire the vice president for failing the church and the entire nation.
The priest quoted Ephesians 5:11 to support his claim, urging Adeboya to act appropriately, for heaven’s sake.
“If I were the senior pastor of a church the vice president attends, I would fire him for joining so many people to do evil.
“For five years, Pastor Adeboy was patient with Professor Osinbajo and decided that he was mistreating Nigerians due to the poor economic policies of President Muhammad Bukhari.
“If you can’t make a difference, why can’t you voluntarily resign and return home? Why do you want to give up your rewards in heaven just because you want to please people?
“Under your control, a bag of rice jumped from 7,500 to 42,000 N within 5 years of your rule. So many Christians and Nigerians were killed, but the perpetrators were not brought to justice.
“Corruption, oppression and injustice pervade the nation under your leadership. Please don’t wait until I tell you that not only did you fail in church, but yourself.
“I will not wait a minute to remove you from the shepherd under my leadership. Osinbajo is one of the killers of fate in Nigeria, ”Giva said.
