Photos of nine internet fraud suspects arrested in Benin City (photos)

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested and paraded nine suspects of Internet fraud in Benin.

The raid was carried out by the Benin EFCC Zone Office.

The agency said the suspects were arrested on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, following information received from the Commission.

Suspects arrested; Okosun Godspower, Imo Harry Hamilton, Efosa Desmond, Odias Aifuwa, Idoko Onakpa, Dogio Samson, Okukoje Godstheim, Onuigbo Julius and Osamulu Sunday.

Among the items found were laptops, cell phones, a Toyota Camry and a Luxus jeep.

According to the EFCC, the suspects have made useful statements and will be indicted in court once the investigation is complete.
