Mothers cried out pleading with President Muhammad Bukhari to save their missing children.
We will remind, last weekend were kidnapped students of public scientific secondary schools in the municipal district of Kankara in the state of Katsina. Gov. Aminu Masari, who ordered the immediate closure of all high schools in the state, confirmed that more than 333 students were still missing as of Sunday afternoon.
Speaking to Channel TV, Ikilima Idris, whose son had been kidnapped, turned to the Nigerian government for help. Idris said: “My son is among the abducted. We want the government to show political will because we heard that the security forces came, met them face to face and returned.
“We want the government to provide them with all the comforts and help them for us, as they confessed that they saw them somewhere on the mountain with our children in the center.”
Another parent, Umma Haruna, asked the Nigerians to pray for the salvation of the disciples.
“My son is one of the abducted. We appeal to the government on behalf of Allah and the Noble Prophet to reflect on our plight, saving our children. “ she said.
