After being arrested over the weekend, aides to Senator Rochas Okoroca were put on trial in Imo state.

As it became known, fourteen assistants of the former governor were brought before His Grace B. U Adikaibe of Magistrate Court 4, Owerri.

On Sunday, they were charged with counting up to seven people bordering on violating state security and destroying government seals at the Royal Spring Palm Estate, Owerri.

This improves safety in and outside the classroom.

Some of the defendants are Eberendu Chimechefulm, Ebere Nvok, Basil, MBA, Ebuka Samuel, Darlington Ibekeve, Obasi Goodluck, Nwaivu Ndubuisi, Ekpendu Peace, Steve Anisnuobi, Ebere Nwokeobi.

While Eddie Oniema is the main counsel for the accused, E.S. Ibechem is the accuser.

After hearing requests for bail for and against the defendants, the judge paused for 15 minutes to allow her to decide on the bail request.
