President Bukhari approves new security measures for the South / East and South regions.
According to TheNation, President Muhammadu Bukhari has approved a new security measure for the southeast and south-south.
The action was announced after a series of security meetings held over the past eleven days.
Acting Inspector General of Police Usman Alkali Baba told the State Chamber correspondents about this after a meeting on Tuesday.
However, he declined to provide any details.
The president also approved a memorandum presented by National Security Adviser (NSA) Major General Babagana Monguno (RTD) on drug control, which he says are insecurity, but he also did not go into details.
The National Security Agency said the meeting highlighted the need to address security problems in the country, especially those that have emerged in recent months.
