SARS officers in the Mufti were spotted looking for phones a few weeks after the dissolution order (video)

A video has emerged that captures the moment SARS agents were reportedly spotted looking for phones after Bukhari dismissed them.

The video shows alleged members of the disbanded SARS Special Anti-Robbery Squad searching citizens’ phones weeks after President Muhammad Bukhari ordered their disbandment.

As a reminder, the #EndSARS protest began after the persecution by SARS men.

The video, which is posted on social networks, shows the moment when SARS agents in civilian clothes with heavy weapons are checking the phones of the country’s citizens.

We also recall that on October 13, Police Inspector General Adamu Mohammed announced that the SARS police unit had been disbanded, and also noted that they were prohibited from making arrests and conducting searches.

The newly created SWAT unit will not deal with routine checks, road blockages and other non-robbery activities, Adamu said.
