Senator Adelre Oriolovo escapes assassination attempt at political rally

Senator representing Western Osun District Adelere Oriolovo escaped death by mustache on Sunday at a political rally.

The senator was found to have been attacked at a political rally held in Ikira, the headquarters of the local government of the Irawoli district in Osun state.

Senator Niyi Isamotu’s spokesman confirmed the attack.

He said the senator went to a meeting of the All-Progressive Congress, APC, in Ikira when he was attacked.

According to Isamotu, the two cars were destroyed by the bandits.

According to him, the security forces took the senator out of the office.
