In addition, the bandits reportedly set fire to the Bus Rapid Transport terminus in Berger, Lagos state. One of the eyewitnesses, whose name is simply Ola, said: “More than 30 cars were burned. Many confiscated vehicles were also damaged. The whole building is on fire. ”

Thugs previously set fire to the new Oyingbo Bus terminal in Lagos, destroying hundreds of new BRT buses.

The bandits who violated the 24-hour curfew imposed by the Lagos State government burned down the recently opened terminal at Oyingbo, in the Continental Local Government area at about 8:30 am.

Gov. Babajide Sanvo Olu imposed a 24-hour curfew on Tuesday following violent attacks on some police stations in Orila Iganmu and other areas of Lagos.

A large number of new BRT buses, which have yet to be deployed on the routes, but parked at the terminus located behind the Oingbo train line, were destroyed by a massive fire.
