Sponsoring PDP Protests EndSARS – APC
While the #EndSARS protest continues, the All Progressive Congress (APC) ruling has accused the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) of directly or indirectly sponsoring the protest.
According to APC, he would prefer to record how the PDP and its leaders directly or indirectly sponsor protests and play development.
In a statement released Wednesday by the party’s deputy national advertising secretary, Yekini Nabena, urging the APC and the presidency to take responsibility for the killings, he said: “Since the beginning of the protest, elements of the NDP have taken over social media. The media makes various uncontrollable statements, thereby fueling the protest.
“It has been documented that one of the leaders of the #EndSARS protest in Akwa Ibom state publicly admitted three days ago that Governor of Oudom Emmanuel allocated $ 4 million to be given to young people in protest in Uyo, the state’s capital.
“Kufre Carter, one of the organizers of the protest, reportedly said he received a call from the assistant governor for youth affairs, who he said told him that the governor had allocated N4 million to share with the protesters.” …
In addition, Nabena said, “Chair of the APC Guardian Committee, Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, correctly highlighted the hidden agenda of the #EndSARS protests.
“As our president said, all leaders (including the leaders of the NDP) should know that only when a country exists in the world can you achieve your goals, you cannot be a leader in chaos, it will not go well.
“However, we reiterate our call for young people who are protesting to give a chance to dialogue and peace, ignoring the insensitive power of the NDP.”
