Two suspected thieves set fire to angry mob in Calabar
Two alleged armed robbers were reportedly set on fire in Calabar, the capital of Cross River State, NaijaCover Reports reported.
According to information compiled by NAIJACOVER, the incident took place at the parliamentarian at the Ikot-Efa junction on Tuesday, October 20, at approximately 14:00.
According to an eyewitness, Who Notify NAIJACOVER News Crew, the alleged robbers who were driving the motorcycle were chased, seized and set on fire by an angry mob after they went looting around the axis of parliamentary expansion.
Facebook user Diana Mary Nsam, who noticed the burned bodies while driving, called on the relevant authorities to evacuate them, denouncing jungle justice.
