use the army of Chad, others – the governor of Sule To Bukhari
The Governor of Nasarawa State Abdullahi Sule has called on President Major General Muhammad Bukhari (retired) to take part in helping Chadians defeat the Boko Haram insurgency in northeastern Nigeria.

The governor said this on Sunday night on a television station controlled by The PUNCH.
Sule, who visited Borno state after Boko Haram killed more than 40 rice farmers, said other options should be explored to end the riots in the northeast.
When asked to explain other options on Sunday evening, the governor said: “We have talked many times about attracting external forces to help us. We have seen the Chadians make great strides in running Boko Haram. Can we attract them? Can we really start attracting those who can help us so that we can deal with this once and for all? “
However, Sule applauded the president for his “reactivity” in seeking a lasting solution to the country’s insecure situation.
“If you want to attract the attention of the president, talk about security. This is a person who is very concerned about the security of the country, but he is also not the type to talk so much about what he is doing. I am not speaking on behalf of the president, but this is based on what I know about him; Mr. President is taking urgent security measures, ”Governor Nasarawa said.
PUNCH previously reported that Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum also pleaded with the Bukhari regime to hire mercenaries and seek help from the military from countries such as Chad, Cameroon, among others, to defeat the Boko Haram terrorists.
