Danish rockers Volbeat will release a digital release of Rewind, Replay, Rebound: Live In Deutschland via Republic Records. The album will consist of 25 tracks from the German leg of the sold-out Rewind, Replay, Rebound tour last year. Two additional songs were recorded earlier also during the tour, but before Germany.
Germany occupies an important place for Volbeat in the history of their formation as a group and has long become a “second home”. Their first performance here took place 14 years ago at the Rock Hard Festival. Frontman Michael Poulsen notes that the German public has always held a special place in the hearts of the band members from the very beginning. The fans from this country have always supported them and still do. “It’s amazing to see the impact German listeners have on Volbeat. Now we have become their fans too, ”he says.
11 of the 27 tracks are taken from the band’s latest studio album, Rewind, Replay, Rebound, and will be released live for the first time. Of course, the musicians could not leave the fans without the good old imperishable and proven hits over the years, which were also played on the tour and will be included in the new release, mixed by Jacob Hansen. Rewind, Replay, Rebound: Live In Deutschland will be available to listen to and download on all streaming platforms from November 27th.

2020 has been a tough year for concert lovers. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, tours of many groups have been postponed or canceled altogether. Now fans can only revise the recordings of previously visited shows over and over again. Volbeat, in turn, decided to cheer up their fans and remind them how fantastic their last was. In support of the upcoming release on the group’s YouTube channel, it is planned to release full-length videos from three concerts of last year’s tour. The first one, Live At The Barclaycard Arena In Hamburg, Germany, was already presented on October 22.
Also shortly before this, on October 16, a recording of a performance of the track Cheapside Sloggers in Stuttgart was released as the band’s new music video. The video sequence allows Volbeat fans to remember the best moments of the tour and re-enjoy the energy of the Danish quartet.

Volbeat’s upcoming concerts will take place in the summer of 2021 at the European festivals Nova Rock, Rock am Ring, Download, Hellfest and others. There is no Russia in the schedule of musicians at the moment.
