President Muhammad Bukhari promised to eliminate the terrorists and bandits of Boko Haram this year, 2021.

The President, speaking during the Jumaat prayer to mark the 2021 Armed Forces Memorial Day at the national mosque, also assured that “this is a year of action and we will finish what we are doing.”

According to Bukhari, represented by Defense Minister Major General Magashi Salihi, “what is happening in this country will soon end. This year we will finish what we are doing; pray for us to be successful. “

He said that the nation will continue to remember the heroic duty of the military and will continue to pray for the peace of the souls of those who paid the highest price to protect the nation’s integrity.

The President also assured that the well-being and comfort of the families of the fallen heroes, as well as those who are still alive, will continue to be a priority for the government.

The main imam of the national mosque, Dr. Mohammed Kabiru Adams, prayed for the repose of the souls of the fallen heroes.

He also prayed for an end to the uprising, banditry and other social vices from which the country was suffering.
