we will fully respond to the situation – Sam Onwuemeodo
Former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha said Sunday that Hope State Governor Uzodinma attacked him with “more than 1,000 thugs.”

Gammon and three of his political associates were arrested Sunday by the state police command after he and his supporters, along with armed police, soldiers and National Security and Civil Protection personnel, stormed the Royal Spring Palm Estate, Owerri, and they reopened it.
The estate was associated with his wife Nkechi Okorocha.
On Friday, the state government, through the state commissioner for land management, surveying and physical planning, Yyunnaya Onuegbu, monitored the integrity of the estate.
Okorocha spokesman Sam Onwuemeodo said Sunday that the governor’s special adviser for special duties, Chinasa Nwanari, was allegedly leading the criminals who stormed the property and destroyed the vehicles of his convoy.
The statement read: “Today, Sunday, February 21, 2021, more than 1,000 thugs armed to the teeth with knives and pistols, led by Chinasa Nwaneri, Special Adviser for Special Assignments to Governor Hope Uzodynma, with the support of armed police from Government House. ., attacked the former governor of the state and the senator representing the Senatorial District of Imo West, Senator Rochas Okoroč’s column.
“They attacked and damaged all the vehicles in his convoy. They also attacked his personal assistants.
“Senator Okorocha was only with his personal assistants when the bandits launched the attack.
“This is information that we can provide at the moment. We are still watching the development of events.
“Gammon has the strongest political structure in the state and a group of supporters in the state. If he had expected an attack, he would not have moved with his personal assistants.
“Gammon has never been a cruel person. This planned but unprovoked and unwarranted attack opened a new but ugly chapter in public policy. We will fully respond to the situation. “
